"Employment Through Youth Entrepreneurship"

Nepal Youth Business Foundation is a youth employment program of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce & Industry and Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs' Forum. With a dream to address the critical issue of youth unemployment in Nepal, the program was launched on June 2004. The program has been helping financially challenged young peoples to develop their entrepreneurial spirit into a successful enterprise by providing mentoring and small seed capital loan. NYBF's uniqueness has been its integral element of mentoring which fosters the business skill of youngsters. NYBF is inspired by and modeled after the Youth Business International – United Kingdom.

To facilitate young entrepreneurs to get financial and technical resources and to provide guidance through a formal process of mentoring.

NYBF is working

1.      To assist young people with a good business idea who are unable to access startup support elsewhere.

2.      To provide every successful applicant with a volunteer business mentor and full access to NYBF's business support network.

3.      To provide or facilitate access to start-up loan finance without requiring guarantees, security or collateral.
