The entrepreneur is matched with a mentor. Mentors are volunteer businessmen or professionals who inspire and guide young entrepreneur. They are the young entrepreneur's coach, counselor, guide and friend. The mentors concentrate on number of key areas: developing the young entrepreneurs business by giving them advice, introducing them to new ideas, sharing his/her experiences and acting as an early warning beacon spotting problems early, and helping the young person solve them before they occur.
